New Boston Fund was joined by the Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) and Suffolk Construction in a topping-off ceremony for the 24-story North Building of One Greenway in Chinatown. Once complete it will house 312 units, 217 of which will be market-rate. One Greenway represents an important project for the neighborhood in restoring once-lost housing to residents as well as for the city and Mayor Walsh’s Boston 2030 plan. The milestone was also celebrated by Sheila Dillon, Chief of Housing and Director of the Department of Neighborhood Development, and City Councilor Bill Linehan.
