Despite the rain, SM& client National Development hosted the groundbreaking for Sepia, the condos at the Ink Block development, in the South End. Along with National Development’s managing partner Ted Tye, Mayor Marty Walsh, State Representative Aaron Michlewitz, and City Councilor Bill Linehan addressed the attendees and shared their excitement over the transforming neighborhood, and how the Ink Block development is a catalyst in the revitalization of the South End. Sepia will house 83 luxury condos which will cater to a range of prospective residents who are looking to settle down in one of Boston’s most popular neighborhoods.
